"This is the version of the Liturgy transliterated from Ukrainian to the Latin alphabet. It is dedicated to all who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine in the fight for its freedom and independence in the war that has been ongoing since 2014. The work contains references to the war such as a refrain in the style of a military march (the First Antiphon), a funeral march (the Second Antiphon), and imitations of sirens and drones (the Third Antiphon.) Despite this, the general character of the Liturgy is solemn and joyful. It combines the traditions of the Ukrainian choral music with the modern global trends."
